 On April 26, 2025, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Baddari, inaugurated the Business Incubator and the Economic Subsidiary Institution, and visited an exhibition of innovative student projects during his work and inspection visit to the university and research institutions of Constantine Province.
